competencias en tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) En un informe sobre las competencias en TIC y el empleo, la OCDE propone una clasificación sencilla:
- competencias profesionales en TIC: capacidad para utilizar herramientas informáticas complejas y/o crear, desarrollar y renovar dichas herramientas;
- competencias avanzadas en TIC: capacidad para utilizar herramientas informáticas sencillas en contextos laborales generales (empleos no relacionados con las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación);
- competencias básicas en TIC o «alfabetización digital»: capacidad para utilizar las TIC en tareas básicas y como herramienta de aprendizaje.
